CCC operates on a September-to-September transition model, enrolling new infants each September after preschoolers graduate. Rolling admissions are available throughout the year based on space availability. Priority for enrollment is given to children of state employees and siblings of current students.

CCC welcomes children and families from all backgrounds, embracing diversity without regard to race, religion, culture, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, or political beliefs.
