One of the unique aspects of CCC is the exceptional longevity of many of our teachers, with several having been part of the CCC family for 10, 20, and even 30 years. Their long-term dedication speaks to the supportive, caring environment we foster—not just for children, but for our staff as well. While we welcome new team members from time to time, this kind of tenure allows us to provide a stable, experienced, and consistent environment for your child.

This commitment to diversity is also beautifully reflected in our two loving foster grandmothers, one of whom navigates the world without sight. They bring warmth, wisdom, and a unique perspective to our center, enriching the lives of our children with their love and life experiences. Their presence helps foster an environment of care and understanding, showing children that everyone, regardless of age or ability, has something valuable to offer.

We are proud to have a team that speaks multiple languages, including English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, French, Polish, Russian, Chinese, and American Sign Language, ensuring that we can communicate effectively with both children and parents from diverse backgrounds.
