Our Families

At Commonwealth Children's Center, we value and encourage parent involvement as an essential component of our community. We believe that parents play a crucial role in their child's growth and development, and we strive to foster strong partnerships with families. Whether through parent-teacher conferences, volunteering opportunities, or special events, we are committed to keeping parents informed and engaged in their child's daily experiences at our center.

We maintain an open-door policy, welcoming parents to visit at any time throughout the day. We believe that a transparent and accessible environment is key to building trust and ensuring the highest level of care for your child. Whether you're here to observe, ask questions, or simply spend time with your little one, our doors are always open to you.

By working together, we can create a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and success of every child in our care.

Board of Directors

The Commonwealth Children's Center is overseen by its Board of Directors, which is comprised of parents of currently enrolled children, a staff representative, and the Executive Director. This arrangement ensures that decisions are made with the best interests of the children in mind, as the board members have both a personal and professional stake in the center's success. The Board meets regularly to discuss policies, budgets, and overall direction to maintain a high standard of care and education for all the children in our program. This unique structure fosters a strong sense of community and collaboration between the families, staff, and leadership, creating a nurturing environment where the children can thrive.
